Volunteer Hours Reporting
OSSA's volunteers contribute thousands of hours each year maintaining trails, supporting snowmobile programs, assisting with club activities, and helping keep Oregon's winter recreation opportunities available.
Volunteer hours should be reported by your club secretary or another club representative designated by your club. Please contact your club secretary if you have volunteer hours to report.
Before You Begin
Please have the following information available before starting your report:
- Snowmobile club
- Reporting month and year
- Volunteer names
- Dates worked
- Type of work completed
- Number of hours worked
One report may include multiple volunteers and multiple work dates.
After submitting your report, a PDF copy will be emailed to the person who completed the form for their records.
