Other accepted formats: .eps, Illustrator, Freehand or Quark files with all fonts either outlined or included and all graphics included or embed. Deadlines:	Advertising space must be reserved by the 1st of each month proceeding that month’s publication. (With the exception of March & April which is by the 10th.) Advertising copy MUST be submitted no later than the 5th of each month. (With the exception of March & April which is by the 15th of the month.)
Miscellaneous:	Classified ads .25¢ a word. Open rate: $12.35 per column inch.
Payment Policy:	PAYMENT IS DUE 15 DAYS FROM STATEMENT DATE Statements are sent out approximately one week after publication date.
