FIRST YOUR LAND, NOW YOUR CLOTHES AND FOOD

By William Jud

Its been busy at the Congressional Trojan Horse Club.

The disciples of ancient Chinese General Sun Tzu are busy creating laws and programs to further erode national security and your right to own and use your own private property.

General Sun Tzu, you may recall, advised the Chinese Emperor on the ways of war, including use of deception to fool the enemy. The Enemy of rogue Congressional officials is American People who think that elected officials ought to honor and follow the U.S. Constitution which the officials swore to uphold before they took office.

The problem is inclusion of INVASIVE SPECIES language in Senate Bill S-1072.ES, the Safe, Accountable. Flexible, and Efficient Transportation Equity Act of 2003, SAFETEA. (Bureaucrats are big on bills referring to TEA, but appear to have forgotten the TEA Party in Boston Harbor in Americas early days.)

INVASIVE SPECIES are defined in the Transportation Bill as non-native to the United States or even non-native within an ecosystem, and species which could cause harm. Officials of the Department of the Interior will decide what species could cause harm and publish them to a proscribed list. There is no peer review or science required. Once codified, the list will apply to interstate commerce, to federal lands, and eventually by court order to private lands.

Its always useful to consider the Big Picture when looking at details. In this case, the Big Picture is the United Nations Agenda 21 program for eventual control of everyone and everything on Planet Earth.

One must judge government projects by their results, not by their stated objectives.

The Endangered Species Act, ESA, was supposed to protect a few charismatic megafauna, such as eagles and polar bears. One Senator who voted in favor of the Endangered Species Act during a fit of legislative malpractice was quoted as saying, I thought we were voting on a law to protect eagles.

ESA has now ballooned into law which seeks to protect bugs, fungus, snails, weeds and other obscure and sometimes dangerous life forms. That may have merit, except that ESA attempts to protect those life forms by denying owners of private property the right to use their property, although the owners are still allowed to pay property taxes on property that ESA renders useless. ESA is used to shut down immense areas of National Forests, National Grasslands, and other huge acreages managed (NOT owned!) by the federal government.

Judging ESA by its results, the conclusion is that Endangered Species protection was deceptively created as a vehicle to impose government control of land use on private property, and denial of resources use on government-managed land. Restriction and control of land use are goals of Agenda 21.

Now, Congress is inserting INVASIVE SPECIES language into a transportation Bill. Why? Because those small and seemingly unimportant sections of the Bill introduce and solidify into law the concept that some plants and animals are INVASIVE SPECIES, not native to the ecosystem, that REQUIRE federal government control.

Why should you care?

Ask General Sun Tsu.

The Endangered Species Acts real but unstated purpose is control of land and restriction or elimination of resources use. Invasive Species real but unstated purpose is control and restriction of our supply of food and fiber.

Socialists in Congress, Gang Green operatives in environmental organizations, and The Trojan Horse Club in Congress, all of whom are implementing Agenda 21 for the United Nations, already control Americas land through the Endangered Species Act, and now they want to control what farmers will be allowed to produce, what Common People will be allowed to eat, and what clothes Common People will be allowed to wear.

By combining the Endangered Species Act and the Invasive Species Act, Gang Green extremists and Socialists in Congress can completely shut down all agriculture and land use in the United States of America.

How will this control of American Common People be done? Its very simple. It all depends on how INVASIVE SPECIES are defined.

Broadly, Invasive Species are defined as life forms that came from somewhere else and arrived after the time Columbus landed on North America in the year 1492. Somewhere else even includes change of location WITHIN the United States.

For example, native trout have been stocked in American waters where they were not present before Columbus arrived. In southern areas, the Invasive Species label would apply to brown trout, rainbow trout, muskellunge and walleyes. In the West, lake trout and largemouth bass would be Invasive Species, and so would salmon, alewives and brown trout in the Great Lakes. Plants include English Ivy for landscaping, and Day Lilies for flower gardens.

Horses were brought to North America by earliest Spanish explorers. Some of those horses escaped and became wild horse herds eating forage in competition with grazing animals that already were here. Horses are Invasive Species, and would have to be eliminated.

Later American immigrants imported domestic pigs, sheep and cattle. Settlers brought their cats and dogs, and useful kinds of birds and insects. Fruit and nut trees were brought over from the Old World and planted in America. Wheat, barley, rice and other basic food grains were imported and planted. All these are Invasive Species, and would have to be eliminated. According to the definition, which includes foreign origin and harmful to the environment by replacing native species, goldfish and honeybees are Invasive Species and subject to removal.

Hamburger, roasts, ham, chicken, chops, sausage and other meats and meat products are made from animals that were bred from earlier livestock imported from other parts of the world. You won't find wild bison meat, or deer, or roast of antelope in the grocery store. Even some kinds of farm-raised fish originated elsewhere. All these are Invasive Species, and would have to be eliminated.

Go to the dairy case. Milk, cheese, butter, yogurt and all the other dairy products begin with dairy cows that did not exist in their present form when Columbus first landed on North America. Modern dairy animals are all Non-Native and therefore are Invasive Species and must be banned.

Look at fruits and vegetables, fresh, frozen, juiced, and canned. You won't find any kinds that were here in their present form when Columbus landed. Modern fruits and vegetables are imported or improved forms bred from that early garden stock. Fruits and vegetables that you buy in the grocery store are Non-Native and therefore are Invasive Species.

"Bread. Rolls. Pizza. Beer. Flour. Pie Crust. Crackers. Macaroni. Cereal. Everything that contains wheat, rice or barley begins with grain harvested from Invasive Species of plants, which were imported into America and subsequently changed by plant breeders.

Do you wear clothes? Cotton comes from Invasive Species cotton plants. Wool comes from Invasive Species sheep. Leather is made from Invasive Species cattle and pigs. Silk probably is now a product of silkworm caterpillars that are different from wild silkworm stock.

You think this is ridiculous, extremist, and will never happen here? Dont bet on it. It fits right in with Congressional Socialists and Gang Green environmentalists who are pushing the United Nations Agenda 21 goals.

Understand the immense potential of Invasive Species legislation and why Gang Green is gearing up for Invasive Species and Sustainable Development enforcement by the federal government. Expect considerable additional funding from the rich, old-line, tax-exempt foundations which traditionally support Socialist and World Government objectives.

Invasive Species law is the key to controlling Common Peoples' food, clothing, and even their household pets. Invasive Species legislation picks up on, and builds upon, Endangered Species legislation. Endangered Species is concerned mostly with wild animals and plants, which enables land use control. Invasive Species deals directly with controlling and eliminating Common Peoples' food and clothing. For Gang Green Eco-Socialists bent on destroying America, it doesn't get much better than that!

Invasive Species law will be structured the same as Endangered Species law. 'Citizen Suit' provision eventually will be included. Gang Green organizations will be authorized to sue the federal government to enforce Invasive Species regulations and to add common plants and animals to the Invasive Species prohibited list.

Gang Green environmental organizations will reap another flood of money from lawsuits against the federal government concerning Invasive Species designations. Eventually, all farms and ranches will go out of business across America as ninety-nine percent of all kinds of farm animals and crop plants are added to the Non-Native Invasive list and banned from production or consumption in the United States. That will create continent-wide farm and ranch bankruptcies that Gang Green will exploit to return land to Wilderness. People will be arrested and put in jail, and their land and home confiscated, if they try to grow lettuce, turnips, carrots, corn or other prohibited vegetables in their home garden or raise prohibited animals for food or as pets.

Animal Rights extremist groups will prosper by filing lawsuits against Common People, pet stores, and government agencies, as the Invasive Species list swells through addition of dogs, cats, hamsters, goldfish and all other common household pets.

Food and fiber production will be transferred to Third World nations.

We will import everything we eat or wear.

Wilderness expansion will move into high gear.

Within fifty years there won't be any more private property left in the United States.

The United Nations will own everything, and will control it all through U.S. federal government Bio-Police headquartered in the United Nations' subsidiary client state the United States of America."

Cant happen here, you say. Sorry to inform you that it already has started. Inclusion of Invasive Species language in the SAFETEA highway bill is the first dropping snowball of the coming giant avalanche of attacks against food and fiber production and consumption in the United States.

Yes, you CAN stop this, but you must hurry. Send a FAX to Congressman Pombo, Chairman, House Resources Committee, who is in charge of the final House language of the SAFETEA bill, and DEMAND that all references to Invasive Species and Endangered Species be stripped from the highway bill.

Contact your Congressional Representatives and DEMAND that all references to Invasive Species be removed from all federal bills, laws and regulations.
